I feel really proud to be wearing this shirt, which was sent to me by thisdoesnotsuck. Equality is one of the most important things in the world. Everyone should be treated fairly, rewarded fairly, and if needed, criticised for the right reasons, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, disability (hey!) or any other trait that might stand in the way of equality.
For those of you who are wondering:
The ADG (Art Directors Guild) is a branch of the IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical and Stage Employees) representing over 2,000 motion picture and television professionals including Art Directors, Graphic Artists, Illustrators, Matte Artists, Model Makers, Digital Artists, Scenic Artists, Set Designers and Title Artists.
Thank you, Colleen, for letting me be a part of this.
Ps. I also dyed my hair, but that is totally unrelated.
Just thought I’d mention that two of my favorite artists on Tumblr are back from hiatus/being away
Thisdoesnotsuck and Pencilpushingenthusiast! Go follow for awesome portraits!
People I wish I could spend time with and talk to more
Hugs for you ladies… I miss talking to you…
If Meighan (therealmeighan) and CB (pencilpushingenthusiast) and I (and a few others, you know who you are) were all in the same room, at the same time, all aspects of time would stand still, and glitter would spurt from every orifice. That sounded more spectacular and less gross before seeing it typed out. Besides, who wants a bunch o’ artists in the same room. Creative weirdo gatherings…ewwww.
I want this. Can I come? I’ll bring confetti. And my chair makes for a great coat rack.
Does any one of you want to draw my characters from my NaNoWriMo novel?
Mistress Colleen gave me advice. So left is before advice, right is after.
It’s obviously not done yet, but here’s the picture that I drew of mister Andrew Garfield on livestream. At the end of it Thisdoesnotsuck graced us with a visit!
I’ll probably do another lifestream on Sunday evening.
